Apricot Mortgages & Loans Ltd is an independent group of Mortgage Brokers. We cover South Wales and the West for Home visits and offer a choice of contact: either email, telephone, text, home visits or a mixture. We are not limited to South Wales and the West Country but home visits are more difficult. We are dedicated to helping you find the ideal mortgage. This is one of the most significant moments of a person’s life and we are here to help and take the stress out of the process. We offer a choice correspondence to understand your requirements, needs and objectives. Following our initial consultation in-order to collect data we will provide you with a fully tailored recommendation. In-addition we offer the full range of Insurance products to protect your home & yourself. We work with the aim of helping you save money and providing the right advice for you. We will leave you with a clear mind and help you make the right decision. We get paid mostly by the lender so there is generally only a small fee. Complex cases may require a larger fee which will be identified before proceeding.

Being independent we are not limited to the mortgage companies we use, in-addition to the mainstream lenders we offer a range of specialist lenders for customers who may have been turned down by the high street lenders. Also we offer lenders who specialise in properties of different construction (for example concrete, thatched roofs etc.) Any problems we will find the lender.
